Paxil was recently listed in a column as having photosensitive reactions.

Drug induced photosensitivity reactions (the sensitivity to UVA rays of the sun and/or tanning devices) may result in exaggerated sunburn and in some cases allergic reaction accompanied by itching and blister-like formations on the skin.

To help avoid photosensitivity reactions when taking such drugs as Paxil, you should wear protective clothing and apply a sunscreen that contains a minimum of SPF15 to protect your skin from both UVB and UVA rays.

There are many more antidepressants that made the list along with Paxil such as Celexa, Lexapro and Effexor to name a few. See the full list of antidepressants.
